MIL-TEK X-PRESS RANGE
The Mil-tek X-Press range of Waste Presses are unique solutions for compacting
general waste into manageable plastic bags. The volume reduction achieved by compacting the waste is at a ratio of up to 10:1. The X-Press waste presses can either be located close to the source of waste or in a designated area where the bags can be placed directly into bins/skips.
By compacting your general and food waste in a X-Press waste press, you improve your waste area, get more space, less mess, better hygiene and the solution to overflowing bins. Reduce number of bins and collections by 80%, reduce costs and improve internal logistics and productivity by locating the waste press close to the waste source.

A Mil-tek Lift trolley Model 700 (fig. 1) can be provided for safe lifting of the filled X-Press bags.
X-PRESS GENERAL WASTE PRESS MODELS 300 & 400
The waste press Models 300 and 400 can be fitted with wheels making it easy to move the waste press around to various locations. Being mobile also makes cleaning the waste presses much easier. Alternatively, the waste press models 300 and 400 can be fastened to the floor, perfect for uneven ground and offshore environments.

KITCHEN WASTE
The X-Press machines provide a hygienic and cost effective solution for kitchen waste. Being air powered, the waste press can be placed in areas where food is prepared as there is no risk of hazardous oil spillages. Black bag waste can be placed directly into the X-Press wagon, keeping fluids and smells inside the machine and improving tidiness and hygiene.
HAZARDOUS WASTE
Hazardous waste can be compacted directly into the X-Press wagon or the X-Press machine can be adapted to fit a standard hazardous waste drum. By compacting the hazardous waste expensive collections and lift frequency can be reduced, saving time, space and money.
