The A102 baler is the third generation of Mil-tek pneumatic machines. A Mil-tek technician will guide you through installation, which is done by simply connecting your new A102 Baler to a compressed air supply. You are now ready to start minimizing your waste.
Fill the chamber with cardboard or plastic and close the door. Once the handle is pressed down, the machine is activated and the minimizing has begun. Repeat until the baler is full.
When the baler is full, it ready to be emptied. Tie the bale using the banding, open the door and remove from the chamber. You are now ready to start a new bale!
Bales can be stacked and stored until you have enough to have them collected by your local recycler. They take up no more floor space than a sheet of newspaper.

Over the last number of years Mil-tek have been a part of a Health and Safety Executive committee that has been committed to creating new improved standards for the safe use of vertical balers. As a result we have made a significant number of improvements to the model A102 in order to comply with EN16500 standards and to ensure safe use for the end-user. As they are air-powered (pneumatic) rather than hydraulic, Mil-tek balers are extremely quiet (<70 dB). If you have an existing air-line you simply plug the machine and then your existing compressor acts as the engine. If you need to have a compressor installed, a Mil-tek technician will ensure that the compressor is placed at a distance from the machine and then install an air-hose between the compressor and the machine.
Ideal for baling plastic packaging typically used in the transportation and protection of clothing and consumable items. Constant pressure ensures an extremely dense bale is produced that is both easy to handle and easy to recycle. The baler can also be used to recycle smaller volumes of cardboard in small and medium-sized supermarkets, convenience stores and general retail outlets.

The small-footprint A102 baler fits neatly indoors or out to enable baling and recycling of cardboard and plastic. The A102 baler has a door opening that is ideal for food and wine boxes. The baler can be located indoors, close to the waste source or outside if space is limited. Being air-powered, the baler can safely be placed in an area where food is prepared or goods are unpacked as there is no risk of hazardous oil spillage. An insert can also be supplied to crush cans and tins with a capacity of up to 30 litres; typical for food, paint or oil cans.
