The Electric E619 is a high capacity electro-mechanical baler that is ideal for large volumes of waste cardboard and plastic packaging.It has a large door opening that facilitates large boxes or bags of plastic packaging, and the spindle-driven pressing plate compacts material with up to 25 tons of pressing force. Eight hooks are built into the walls of the chamber to hold compacted material in place.With a total height of just 2.07m, the E619 can be installed in most locations and, operating at approximately 65 decibels, operates relatively quietly without interrupting the working environment.The control system for the E619 electric baler is a simple and modern design. In addition, the normal pressing cycle, it can also be set to 'auto-start' or to 'constant pressure', which locks the pressing plate in place to further compact material, without additional electrical use.In accordance with EN16500 safety standards, the E619 features a magnetic safety switch, inductive sensors and additional safety elements to ensure user safety.
Mil-tek E619 is easy to operate. Open the top door and fill the chamber. To activate, simply close the door, and push the start button. When the blue button is illuminated, the baler is ready to bale out. Tie the bale, and use the automated bale out feature to eject the finished bale from the E619.
