Our Goals:

Mil-tek’s goal is to offer waste compaction and recycling solutions on a quality, environmental and economically competitive base. Mil-tek is aware that the handling, processing and recycling of waste poses environmental and occupational health effects. The environment - as well as a safe working environment - are therefore high priorities in the provision of Mil-tek’s solutions.

Our vision is to be a leading supplier of small footprint waste balers and compactors, with comprehensive expertise in waste, waste treatment, waste handling and recycling, and carrying out these activities in a healthy and safe environment, accounting for technological and economic circumstance.

Mil-tek’s main task in this is to offer solutions for waste compaction and recycling on a quality, environmental and economic basis with high competitive ability.

Mil-tek is aware that the handling, treatment and recycling of waste pose environmental and safety impacts. Therefore we focus on the environment and a safe working-environment as a priority in resolving all Mil-tek tasks.

Mil-tek is constantly evolving and aims to develop new concepts that give customers and partners the full understanding concerning the "Iceberg valuatiom of waste", by establishing a logistics point of thought-compression, calculation on the economic impact and the environmental benefits that can be achieved.

Mil-tek has energy objectives that apply to the entire life cycle of the product, and Mil-tek has detailed action plans for this.

The Quality and Environmental Policy applies to the entire organisation, and to the people who work on behalf of Mil-tek who are, where appropriate, observed by all employees in their daily functions, tasks and actions. 

Thereby, Mil-tek A/S aims to educate employees to actively participate in quality and environmental working.
